2026

Happy New Year 🤍

As 2026 begins, I’ve been thinking less about resolutions and more about how I want to move through this year with intention, presence, and a little more grace for myself.

So often, we move through life on autopilot, jumping from task to task, measuring progress by how much we get done rather than how consciously we’re moving through it all. Presence changes that. When we’re intentional, we’re not just reacting; we’re choosing. Choosing where our time goes, how our energy is used, and what actually deserves our attention.

Giving myself grace is an important part of this. Being intentional doesn’t mean being perfect. It means allowing space for learning, for pauses, and for days that don’t go as planned. It means being kinder to myself in moments where things feel messy or unfinished, instead of pushing harder to keep up.

This mindset naturally carries into work. When we show up with intention and grace, our work becomes more thoughtful and more sustainable. We communicate more clearly. We focus better. We make decisions with care instead of urgency. And we start to understand that productivity doesn’t have to come at the expense of well-being.

I’ve realized that burnout often isn’t just about workload; it’s about working without presence or compassion for ourselves. When everything feels urgent and nothing feels considered, even work we love can become heavy.

What are your goals for 2026?!
